VinPerfect liners feature a pharmaceutical-grade foam that has a higher density than other screwcap liners. This gives the closure greater consistency and makes it much more durable over time. On the bottling line, this higher-density foam means that greater head pressure is needed to compress the gasket, and average removal torques should be higher than other ROPP closures. Pay close attention to the removal torque after you have confirmed that roller pressures are correctly set. Failure to compress the gasket fully can result in leaking bottles and inconsistent oxygen performance. Each of these settings must be verified before the start of each shift on the bottling line.
